The 6-40-LBFS 40-Gallon Short Energy Efficient Liquid Propane Water Heater features an automatic flue damper to increase efficiency as it automatically opens and closes to reduce heat loss in the standby mode. The electronic gas control incorporates an LED status indicator that monitors system operation and service diagnostics.
An automatic pilot relight system that shuts off the pilot during stand-by modes to reduce gas consumption and eliminates nuisance pilot outage issues. This models features a 6-year tank and parts limited warranty and a 1-year labor limited warranty.
